Process of recruitment & selection:

1. Client provides detailed information on the vacancy.
2. JOB Ltd. as job broker announces the position and launches direct search.
3. Selection is based on our continuously updated database of almost 100 000 persons and on several on-line databases. In addition, in function of the contractual terms and conditions, we have recourse to press or internet-based advertising, direct search and upon request personality and competence testing.
4. After the pre-screening of the potential candidates, we carry out personal interviews, and then we forward to the Customer the applicants deemed suitable and motivated.
5. On the basis of separate contract concluded with the Customer, we carry out psychological personality examination and make competency and skills assessment tests.
6. We inform the applicants of the decision.
